When a motor home or a recreational vehicle breaks down, its owner will usually take it to a motor home repair and service center. Some RV repair shops specialize in fixing one brand of RV while others can fix motor homes of all makes and models. Some motor home service shops only work on the motor home's engine and other mechanical aspects while others can also fix problems on the inside of the motor home. Many people find it to be a good idea to take their RV to the RV service shop before setting out on a long road trip. Many motor home, RV, recreational vehicle and caravan dealerships also offer repair services. Some RV repair shops also offer repair services for other large vehicles such as buses.
