Ask the company what sizes the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room is in their prefabricated floor plans. This will help you decide if they have a building that is right for you. Even though manufactured buildings tend to be cheaper than those that require whole construction companies to build, most people do not have enough money to buy them out of pocket, so you should ask the company if they have a finance department that can work out a payment schedule with you. Find out if the price of the homes includes installation and delivery services. If you are buying from a wholesaler, then ask if they have someone to install it or if you will need to hire another company.
